After we sign a contract with you, we will begin to work closely with your facility. We make accurate measurements of the premises, as well as prepare a plan and schedule of work. For each facility, a unique design project is developed, as well as working documentation. We assemble a complete set, in which all materials are taken into account. After all the manipulations, we bring equipment for preparatory work and building materials to the site.

Next, we start preparatory work. They usually take up most of the time. The quality of the preparatory work is the basis for guaranteeing the durability of the repair. If necessary, redevelopment of the apartment, we demolish the old and erect new partitions. After we lay the wiring, plaster the walls and level the floor. The quality of work is constantly under the technical supervision of our engineers. If a non-compliance with the standards is detected, we do not proceed to the next stages until the complete elimination of the deficiencies.

Upon completion of all repair work, we take out all construction debris, do a general cleaning.
